Go to the Character Map on your computer. (Most systems have this, especially if you have Wordpad or Microsoft Word) Choose a font (You may have to look a little before you find one that has the symbol you want). Then click the symbol you want, click the copy button, and paste it where ever you need it.

This keyboard splits the keys into two panels - one for each hand, and angles each panel so that the hands sit naturally on the keyboard, rather than requiring them to be twisted into an unnatural position which is the case with normal keyboards.

Possibly caused by someone forgetting the question they were trying to ask, a bored kid pressing all the keys they can find or someone falling asleep on the keyboard.

if u use it a lot then its normal but if its fairly new and it messes up u just got ripped off u should try buying a good brand like hp or logiteck , the might be expensive but the r worth it

Crumbs landing on the keyboard, plus spills of drink, will gunge up the keyboard and cause keys to stick. It will need to be thoroughly cleaned - probably needing the keys to be pull off and cleaned underneath.

Depending on the age (and type) of keyboard - it could be dirt between the contacts preventing the circuit completing - or a worn membrane (they don't last forever !)

Well, there will be a button (usually on the bottom right hand side) of your keyboard with an arrow pointing upwards and "shift" wrote on ithe button.
