How do you fix a computer that has no power to key board or mouse?
I would go into your start up menu and check if your PC has the USB connection checked.
Also check if the mouse and keyboard work on other computers.
if they work than its your computer if they dont work check for wear and tear on the mouse and keyboard cables and connector ends.
How do you unclog a common household spray can?
Normally, you cant. The best thing to do is take a new can of spray paint and replace the spray tip. The tip is commonly clogged because most people dont invert the can and clear the tip of old paint from the last use. The old paint dries up in the tip and the can doesnt have enough pressure to remove the dried paint. When you are done using a spray paint can, turn it upside down and spray until nothing but air comes out. 1-2 seconds should do it. This will ensure it will work the next time you use the can.

It has different uses depending on the system your using. I use Windows and by selecting ALT+F6 you can switch between multiple windows in the same program (for example, when the Notepad 'Find' dialogue box is displayed, ALT+F6 switches between 'Find' dialogue box and the main Notepad window)
Pressing F6 also moves among panes in Windows Explorer.

If it is stuck in sleep mode just restart the computer by pressing the power button for 5-10 seconds. Then when the computer starts up make sure to go to your power options in control panel and disable all the sleep options.
