I'll try to answer several possibilities. if it would not turn on, and you removed the battery, and you pressed reset, and then reinserted the battery, and attached the battery charger/power adapter, and the AC power light comes on, and then you pressed power, and it still won't come on, and you also tried to power on without the battery installed, running on just the charger/ adapter, *then, your laptop has a serious problem.

The ink cartridges used in Epson's Stylus line of printers are very similar to the ones used in its other printers. A handful of cartridges--like the S020034, S020047 or S020049--may require a slightly different refilling technique, but they all basically entail opening a fill hole in the top to run down into the ink chamber within. Once the chamber is accessible, you can use a basic refill kit with a syringe bottle to refill the chamber, as with most printer-ink cartridges.

1.Hold the cartridge upside down so the outlet holes to the printer paper are on top. Cover each hole with a piece of tape, then turn the cartridge right-side up.

2.Make a hole in the top of the cartridge above each ink chamber. For most cartridges, simply poke a hole through the label with a toothpick. With cartridges like the Epson Stylus 34 (the casing of which is black), pull back the label to reveal the filling holes and puncture the seal of each home. For the 47 or 49 color cartridge, drill a 1/8-inch hole in the shell between the label and front edge.

3.Determine which color of ink is in which chamber (if you're refilling a color cartridge). The toothpick used to puncture the hole should draw out some ink to show you. If you have a cartridge in which you punctured the label directly, the order of the color chambers is usually cyan, magenta and yellow. If you created the hole in another way (like with the 34, 47 or 49 cartridges), the order is usually magenta, cyan and yellow.

4.Fill the syringe bottle with 5ml of ink. Insert the needle in the filling hole and inject the ink. There may be a sponge inside the chamber, so make sure the needle goes all the way through to the bottom. The 34 cartridge takes up to 12ml of ink.

5.Tape over the fill holes you created. If you drilled the holes, plastic plugs (like the ones included in a refill kit) can work as well. Leave the tape on the outlet holes as you replace the cartridge in the Epson Stylus printer.

6.Run a cleaning or priming cycle on the printer with the cartridge installed. One to three cycles should be enough. You may also need to let the cartridge stand in the printer overnight, or for up to 24 hours.

Check your mouse cord to see if it's plugged in all the way. If it's of PS/2 type, the little needles may need to be straightened if you plugged it in too excitedly a few times. Some needle-nose pliers and some TLC should do the trick. Also, if you plug in a PS/2 mouse while the computer's on, you'll need to restart in order for it to work. If it's USB, make sure there's no junk in either the plug or the connector and try again. There may be a problem with that USB port. Try another one. Another thing to do is clean the mouse. If it's an optical (laser) mouse, make sure there's no hair on the lens. Use a dry, clean, soft, lint-free cloth, just in case. If it's a mouse with the traditional ball, take the ball out and clean the little rollers with an (unused) ear cleaner and some cleaning solution. Still have problems? Make sure the cord isn't frayed or broken anywhere. If it is, or if nothing else works, throw it out and buy a new mouse! If you just can't live without your specific beloved mouse and don't want to buy another one, see if you can find a loophole in the manufacturer's warranty. Otherwise, you're out of luck! P.S. If you ever upgrade to another mouse for no real reason, don't throw the old, working mouse away. Instead, keep a supply in your basement or somewhere for when calamities such as this one strike.

The keys on your keyboard can be pulled up and carefully cleaned. You also clean the surface the keys are attached to, avoiding any electronic components visible. You must be careful when removing the keys, you could damage the locking mechanism. I would suggest a forum for your exact model of computer. That will let you know how your keys connect and the best way to remove them. You could also attempt to blow out the keyboard with air, cleaning out dust and dislodging any tiny object that may have gotten stuck under a key. They sell the air in most stores.

Money, knowing what you want for a good price explain what you need the store and tell them what your budget is and then tell them what you will use it for. If he or she says something about Gigabytes of memory that's ram and it is how fast the computer will be, Gigabyte Harddrive you would want at least 320 gigabytes or at the very least 160 gigabytes for space to install programs on you computer. Then comes TeraByte which is 1024 Gigabytes (these are expensive) Peda, Exa, Zetta and Yottabytes you'll never afford they are so big it's ridiculous infact every computer COMINT on the planet doesn't even come to 1 Zettabyte which is huge.
