Hold (Ctrl) whille tapping (F11) at the Dell Start up screen. When it asked for Reboot or Restore, Selecting Restore will return your Dell system to factory settings. Warning there is now going back after the rebuild is started.

The keys on your keyboard can be pulled up and carefully cleaned. You also clean the surface the keys are attached to, avoiding any electronic components visible. You must be careful when removing the keys, you could damage the locking mechanism. I would suggest a forum for your exact model of computer. That will let you know how your keys connect and the best way to remove them. Depends. If you have used control panel - uninstall to get rid of a program, but part of it still remains in Program Files, then by all means attempt to delete it there.
On the other hand if you want to keep one a program, do not delete it.
It depends on what the file is. If it is a system file, you do not want to delete it as it would more than likely destroy some of the functions of your computer.

i believe it shood show it depending on wut video ur viewing next to the REWIND, PLAY, PAUSE, FORWARD buttons such as You Tube if ur viewing this now in March 2011 it is on the corner of the screen of the actual video it shows the sign if arrows going the the corners of the button and if u scroll by it, it may say FULL SCREEN. Is it OK to write on a DVD r with a marker?
You can use a marker to label your DVD-R (or DVD+R). Simply make sure you are obviously not marking on the side of the disc that you are burning on. If it's a double-sided DVD, then you're obviously not going to mark on either side.
Also make sure you do not use a sharp tip marker which may damage or scratch the surface of the DVD. A standard Sharpie marker should do the trick.

Why does your computer monitor screen turn green sometime then back to normal?
This happened to me too. I replaced my monitor cable and that fixed the problem. I think it has something to do with the fact that VGA carries three colors: red, green and blue. One of the connections within the cable must have gone bad.
What safety precautions should you take when dissassembling a computer?
Below are some of the safety risks and their solutions.
1. Electric shock. This can be minimized by making sure the PC is unplugged before servicing it. It would also be best to unplug it from any modem or network just in case.
2. Getting cut on the case. This can be minimized by using caution and perhaps even a pair of gloves while opening the case. Sometimes you can file down rough edges. The old type cases had a tendency to develop sharp ridges inside the cover if they were opened frequently, and those ridges could be reduced using sandpaper.
3. Getting stabbed by PC parts. If an open PC has exposed hooks or sharp edges, and it starts to fall, grabbing it too hastily could drive a part of the case into your hand and require a hospital trip. Gloves could minimize that, as could making sure the PC is fully on a sturdy surface (not halfway on a chair, for instance). If nothing else, if it starts to fall, don't grab it. More than likely, any damage would cost less to fix than a hospital trip.
4. Problems related to severe frustration. Yes, you may be tempted to smash or throw your PC. However, you have to keep control of your emotions. If you punch your computer or a nearby wall, you could sprain your wrist. If you throw a PC, it could ricochet and/or hit someone. Then you could end up in the hospital or in jail.
