Ideas for hooves: Wear shaggy leggings (normal leggings will work too) that are a hair color (grey, brown, blonde, white, not black, though). The trick is to wear black tights underneath and make sure the leggings are a size bigger than your normal size so they can pull down over half your foot. Then just stand on your toes and it looks so much like hooves, it's scary.

Get some old blue cloth pants at a second hand store, some old boots, a t-shirt and an old blue shirt same color and type as the pants. If you can, sew your first name on the left side of the shirt - or some cute nickname like "Bubba" or "Tex".

Make sure it has grease stains on it. You can stain it yourself with oil, but do it strategically. Roll the sleeves up. Add a fake tatoo on your arm if you like. "Born to Ride" or some military style thing with "Death from Above" on it.

Now give your face smudges (don't use the oil, just some black make up.) Don't go overboard on the face smudges.

Have a wrench (spanner) in your back right pocket. Be carrying a dirty and oil stained rag. Your hair should be mildly greasy, slicked back, but in a bit of disarray.

You may, though it's a bit of an overkill, get some of those buck teeth.
