What causes lead to teenage suicide?
Suicide is a tremendously complicated subject.
Suicide in teenagers more so.
Those who successfully attempt suicide generally tend to be males in their twenties with a history of serious mental illness (usually, but not always, type 1 Bipolar Affective Disorder), a history of alcohol and drug abuse, a history of suicide in their families and access to deadly weapons.
As you can see, the general trend is that teenagers are unlikely to successfully attempt suicide.
The trend is complicated by the fact that unsuccessful attempts are most likely to be made by females in their teens. Which puts us right in the wheel house of your question.
Female in their teens who attempt suicide have a particular set of increased risk factors.
Suicide attempts are obviously co-morbid with mental health disorders (only the terminally ill, in most Western countries, choose to commit suicide for reasons not based on mental health). This group is generally too young to be Bipolar (the leading mental health risk group for suicide), as that disease typically has an on-set after age 19. Thus depression and personality disorders would be greater causes in this age group. In this group there is also a strong co-morbidity with eating disorders, particularly anorexia nervosa; eating disorders are overwhelming co-morbid with a history of sexual abuse.
So the leading causes for attempted suicide in one's teens (and the attendant risk of a successful suicide) include; the patient is female; the patient is depressed or suffers from a personality disorder; the patient is anorexic; and the patient has a history of sexual abuse.

Yes, depending on bipolar treatments. Adipex-P is the brand name for the appetite reducing drug phentermine. Being bipolar and taking Adipex should not be a problem (conditions that should be cautious about taking Adipex are heart disease, glaucoma, lung disease, thyroid disease or being pregnant). However, there can be complications between Adipex and certain medications taken to treat bipolar disorder. There can be bad interactions between Adipex and MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) and SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) like Carbex, Marplan, Nardil, Parnate, Elderpryl, paroxetine, citalopram, and escitalopram.

My psychologist says marijuana cause schizophrenia is it true?
Your psycologist is a fool or you misquoted them... marijuana does not cause schizophenia, however it can certainly agravate an underlying disorder. It makes sense that a substance that can increase paranoia would not have a good outcome with a person who is mentally unstable or vulnerable.

What should you do if you feel like a waste of space and depressed if your 12?
Try to be clear in your mind about what is upsetting you and why you feel depressed. Talk to an adult that you trust. This could be an older brother or sister, parent, teacher, aunt, uncle, grandparent etc... They should be able to help you. You shouldn't be feeling like this anyway. You are not a waste of space. Everybody is equal in the world and they all bring the same values. Focus on what you are good at and pay less attention to what you are not.
If you are on medication, be sure to take it. If you are not, see a doctor. Depression is usually a treatable condition. Enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the sky and sunshine and clouds, rain, and wind.

You need to tell your mom how you feel. And it is normal for girls around your age to do this. It it because of all of the changes that are going on physically and emotionally. It also might be because of hormones. It is sometimes like you are happy all of a sudden then you are crying the next moment. This all happens because of hormones.
Answer:;
I agree with the person above it might be hormones, you might be going through that stage. Every girl does. But tell your mom how you feel. Holding it in does not help.. My brother and I use to do that and it turned to anger, into depression and then into suicidal... My bro finally told my dad, and i finally did a couple of days ago... He is so sad that i didnt tell him how i felt. And he said if i feel the same way in a couple of days that he is taking me to the doctors to see whats wrong and to put me on meds.. So tell your mom how you feel its the best thing to do. because if you dont then you wont get better

Is electrocautery the same as bipolar cautery?
Electrocautery is the cauterisation of tissue using heat generated by a high-voltage and a high-frequency current which is then passed through an electrode. Basically an instrument that burns the vessels to stop bleeding.
Bipolar and Monopolar are methods of electrocautery...
Bipolar only passes through the tip of the electrode to affect a small area of tissue, whereas Monopolar includes the patients body into part of the circuit.
Three days ago, I underwent electrocautery and chemical cautery with silver nitrate in my nose.
Permanent fix to my never-ending nosebleeds. But, excruciating. Extremely painful.
I am yet to find out if it is worth the pain.

What chromosome is bipolar disorder?
it is probably not connected with any given chromosome. i suspect it involves dozens or even hundreds of different genes scattered over the chromosomes, and the allele of each gene that causes bipolar when you get many of them is the same one that gives a person with only a few some unusual ability that is very advantageous. i believe that any genetic attempt to eliminate bipolar would severely harm the human species!
