Take the tire off then remove the center hub off the drum, pull out cotter pin, remove the nut, pull the outer wheel bearing out and pull the drum off, to get the wheel studs out lay the drum on a flat surface and smack the studs with a hammer until you drive them out.

take heater hoses off the firewall heater box and unbolt heater box on the firewall and then pull heater box down from under the dash and you will see the heater core inside, replace it in the box and bolt everything back together.

If you set the timing at 10 degrees BTDC with the vacuum disconnected from the distributor you should be right in the ball park. I would add check under your hood it should reveal idle rpm and timing. On my 85' 5th Ave I have a 318 and it reads 7 degrees. Also, it has a Magnetic Probe receiver instead of traditional timing marks.

· Check Bulbs

· Check Relay(s)

· Check Light Switch(es)

· Check license plate light bulb and wiring

· Check trailer hitch wiring harness

· Check all wiring harnesses and wire

Most likely its the fuse or a burnt bulb breaking the circuit. Sometimes the license plate and/or the trailer hitch is wired into other circuits and can cause issues in other areas.
