The answer to this question can depend on which mount we are talking about. There are 3 mounts to address. One is located on the driver side and it houses the transmission as well. To see it, once the hood is raised look down between the rear of the engine past the brakes master cylinder all the way to the transmission. You will see more of a bushing that an mount, at any rate it holds the motor and transmission to the body. Directly in fron of the engine just across from the horn assembly you will see a bracket. Thgis bracket houses the side motor mount. Unde the car approx. in the middle of the bottom of the radiator, you will find yet another mount. This one is to simple so we will pass over it. A 12 yr old boy can do that one. The tranny bushing is about as simple. The front, or side mount is the bugger. First, it the car is equipped witn a/c you will need to pull the lines back away to create some much needed room. Remove the jack placement bolt (hand turn) and remove the jack and handle. Remove the horn assembly and unplug. As you look at the side of the mount which is inside the metal housing you will find a bolt. with a 18mm socket and short extention to loosen this bolt. You will need to remove the extention before the bolt come out to far to remove the ratchet. continue to loosen the bolt and don't give up,, she is long. You will need to support the engine before this bolt will come free. Once the weight is off the bolt, it should slide out. Directly to either side of this housing is two more bolts. Remove them, and remove the housing. Once the complete housing and mount is out, The rubber mount will need to removed from the housing. You will find the housing comes with fingers that wrap around the mount and holds it in place. Bend the back, using a hammer and a punch or chisel. The mount should fall loose. Replace just the opposite.

It depends,does your Mini van have the standard brakes or the ABS Brakes Front disc,and Drums in back,or the 4 wheel Disc Brakes with ABS system. Each is different and there is another problem. Chrysler redesigned the system 4 times that year during production. Other years are not any better. They call it cost cutting,I call it a major pain.
