This is something rather difficult to do if you haven't first trained your dog the meaning of the word no. The word no is a punisher word, and should be used effectively, basically you want to realte that word with something your dog doesn't like, for example, spray your dog with water while firmly saying "NO", this won't work with all dogs but I never advise hitting or hurting your dog. So once you've trained the word no, this is the word you want to use but if your dog isn't allowed to jump on visitors, he isn't allowed to jump up on you either. If your dog isn't allowed to jump up on you on monday mornings then he isn't allowed to jump up on you any time at all. Basically you should train the word no and then make the no part of training a "rule that your dog isn't allowed to jump up on people"
