Use a rag, roll it to appropriate thickness, use this to avoid the puppy accidentally biting you - Keep it´s jaws GENTLY open with fingers at the rear of the mouth / corners of the mouth.
Use flashlight, shine down puppie´s throat, try to see what is there - if necessary use tweezers or pliers to reach it - WIGGLE the object out if needed.
If the breathing is restricted - keep giving SMALL puffs of air in mouth to mouth - go to any vet and ask for emergency help.
If breathing is ok - a few drops of light oil/margarine on a soft and small piece of food might help puppy to cough up the object - Not the recommended version in my opinion.

Now ask your parents to see if any friends or family need dogsitting. That will give you a chance of them liking it. (because who dosent like dogs) If they don't like that, AND if your very desperate act very sad about how all your friends have dogs. Also sit down and have a talk explaining your feelings.
