How do you keep your dog to stay in his outdoor kennel?
Each dog, or family of dogs, has their own private indoor/outdoor run combo. The
spacious climate controlled 4'x 6' indoor areas are connected by magnetic vinyl dog
doors to the 4'x 12' outdoor runs so your pet(s) can come in and out as they please. The
provision of a separate sleeping area and an exercise run gives flexibility for the dog,
and the larger kennel will allow more choice of places to rest, play & explore, thus
reducing stress in your pet while he or she is being kenneled. Each outside run provides
plenty of fresh air and sunshine in the morning and early afternoon hours, as well as
physical exercise. Also available is an outdoor only kennel for dogs that are accustomed
to being outdoors year around. This kennel has an extra large Igloo doghouse for
shelter. During the winter months, an electric heated bed is available

We've tried everything before finally finding the solution. We tried cleaning their dog house and play areas daily, setting up fly traps, dressing the wounds and spraying liquid band-aid on their ears, even tried applying desitin cream per some websites. Are there any negative reviews for Zodiac Spot on flea tick and mosquito treatments on dogs?
Yes, I have a negative review. Three days ago I went to the local pet supply store looking for Advantics but they didnt have it so I bought Zodiac Spot On to apply to my Peekapoo who started showing signs of flees. Within one hour of applying Zodiac Spot On she starting thrashing around acting like she was in pain. So I gave her a bath to wash treatment off, figuring it was a bad reaction. The following next two evenings she continued to attack her rear area all night long in between us giving her soothing baths to help relieve her pain. I believe there should be some sort of warning on this package telling consumers of a possible chemical reaction to certain dogs and what to do about it! I will NEVER buy any of these products from this company again and will always tell everyone I can to stay clear of Zodiac Spot On!!

Dogs' visual acuity is lower so they cannot focus as well. An object a human can see clearly may appear to be blurred to a dog looking at it from the same distance. A rough estimate is that dogs have about 20/75 vision, which isn't that good, but oh well. Also, they can only see in black and white.
Actually, research shows that dogs CAN see some colors, just not at the same intensity as humans and not the same spectrum. It's a little more complicated, but basically, they can see shades of blue and yellow. Red and orange are seen as shades of gray. Green as I understand it is gray but blue-green can be seen. And I think they can see some shades of magenta. But I still stick with the basic yellow and blue. And I will say my dog's favorite toys have always been yellow.

Dogs can see violet, indigo, blue, and yellow. They are very good at telling the difference between violet, indigo, and blue. A blue-green color is the color white to dogs.
