harness and leash are 2 different things. the harness is what the dog wears and the leash clips to the harness so you can hold or tether the dog. You might mean harness or collar, in that case, a harness is better for tethering your dog as there is no risk of the dog choking itself

I would invest in a bark collar. These collars emit a smell, noise, or shock that startles the animal. These do not hurt the animal in any way, but they are annoying. When a dog barks, they are immediately emitted so the dog will learn soon the barking is bad.

They stink. They lick their private parts. They aren't very intelligent. They occasionally eat garbage, vomit, and excrement.

If they lick a woman's vagina, they could possibly cause infection by spreading bacteria inside her if their mouth is dirty. They might also give her a urinary tract infection by getting bacteria in her urethra, which could lead to bladder infection, kidney infection, and possibly Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). I don't know what the chances of this are, nor do I care. I would never have sex with a dirty animal.

If your dog is an adolescent, it may be a learning plateau. Adolescents will sometimes do well learning a skill and then suddenly act like they've never heard of it before. Don't worry. He hasn't really forgotten. Be patient and continue with training, returning to easier steps of the same command. Keep training even when he's ditsy to help him work on focusing. It doesn't matter if he actually learns anything new during a learning plateau. Just keep his mind thinking as much as it can. To get a personal protection dog you have to go on a course to become a dog handler then you can get the level of dog your trained to handle ,here is the different levels of personal protection dogs (level 1) basic abediance show aggresion on comand and attack without bitting (level 2) the same as level 1 except its trained to bite (level 3)the same a 1 and 2 except its trained in more real life situations for eg someone with a weapon,(level 4) this is the highest you can get these dogs are usually refered to as (executive protection dogs )

Yes it is totally fine, I have a very stubborn Dachshund and I say no and he rolls on his back and stops whatever he is doing wrong. But never hit your dog.
