Every time yer dog pees on the floor, pick her up or take her to the pee pad and lightly scold it when it doesn't go on the pee pad. If you take it to the pad everytime he does it on the floor, he will evevtually learn he has to go on the pee pad/

try putting the pee pad outside. make sure the dog knows that it's outside. every time the dog pee's in the house, you need to let the dog know that that's bad by saying no in an angry voice and putting it outside. once the dog starts peeing outside, you can get rid of the pee pad.

I'd go with a Labrador, as Cockers can be very hyper and some have a bad habit of biting :( Labs are much sweeter and are very obedient :)

Take him on daily walks using a 6 foot lead and collar, always on lead and never off lead. Take him to a local obedience school.

My pug can do high five, dance, down, sit and we have taught her to do little jumps and run through a tunnel. Also we put our hand out and she will then put her paw on it and then we say other paw and give her our other hand and she puts her other paw out.

I have hear you can teach them to roll over and play dead but I am not sure if my pug would be able to do that as she never rolls over and if she does end up on her back (only once or twice) she got stuck and couldn't really move ! Silly dog !
