Ear infection after a tongue piercing?
Infections, side effects and healing issues are all points you need to discuss with your professional body piercer BEFORE you get the piercing done. You also need to discuss aftercare for the piercing, this should be followed up with written aftercare instructions for your piercing. No professional body piercer will force you to purchase aftercare products, this is a purchase that is up to you and they can only recommend specific products but they can force you to buy what they have.
Listen to what you are told and follow the aftercare to the letter and remember if you are having issues with bumps and lumps or discharge go back to the shop that did the piercing and talk to the piercer. They must help you resolve any healing issues you may be having. Don't solicit advice from anyone who is not a professional body piercer, just because one thing worked for someone else doesn't mean it will work for you. Healing issues need to be looked at first hand so the problem can be recognised and resolved, the Internet is just a guessing game.

How you get a urinary infection?
There are a couple of ways to get one. The major one is from having sex. Bacteria from around the anus can get pushed up into the urinary tract and cause an infection. Always peeing before and especially after sex is very important for every female to do. You should pee before sex because if any urine gets pushed back up into the bladder that can cause an infection as well. Another way is, once again, from the anus. Some obese women can get them because they can't wash that area very well so bacteria from the rectum can come into contact with the urethra. Also, not going pee when you first feel the urge and holding it in can cause one as well. Males can also get them but it is not as common.

What causes crust on your outer ear lobe?
Dermatological diagnosis is one of the most rigorous sciences, even if I could see the area. So, while I cannot tell you what it is, I can give you an idea of how to treat it. Gently wash the area with a clean washcloth, warm water and a mild soap. This should remove the crust. If it doesn't, don't fight it. Make sure the washcloth is laundered before anyone else touchs it (we don't know if this is contagious -- I think it's not likely but better to be safe). Then apply betadyne with a Q-tip. Betadyne is dark orange and smells like iodine, but it works great. You can also mix betadyne and 25% hydrogen peroxide(3%) and swab that on. Leave it there to dry. If anything you try makes it worse -- STOP. This should show an improvement in one day. If it doesn't show some improvement in 2 days, conisder going to a doctor. Note that advice from a well meaning guy on the Internet should never be confused with real medical advice from a professional.
What causes pus to come out of the ear?
Pus coming out of the ears could be a sign that the eardrum has ruptured due to extreme pressure from an infection, usually from an infection called otitis media, or inflammation/infection of the middle ear. Continued infection could permanently damage hearing due to tissue destruction and/or scarring. The best thing to do is to have a health professional evaluate and see if antibiotics or ear drops, or both, are needed to help it heal properly.
Other infections of the ear canal can create drainage, and need to be treated before they spread. The ear is an easy place to get an infection called cellulitis, so it shouldn't be ignored, either.
There was speculation that it may have started at an American owned pig farm in Mexico, a Smithfield Foods facility. However, the following article states that Mexico's Agriculture Department has proven it was not the original location:
Press Release from the National Pork Producers Council:
"Washington, May 14, 2009 -
Mexico's agriculture department today said the influenza strain that now has infected almost 4,300 people in 33 countries did not originate from hogs at a Smithfield Foods operation that had been singled out by some, including critics of modern pork production, as the source of the A-H1N1 flu virus.
Test results released today by the Mexican Ministry of Agriculture, Ranching, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (SAGARPA) confirmed that the novel A-H1N1 virus was not in pigs at the Granjas Carroll de México farm in Veracruz. The pigs also tested negative for other viruses. "
The generic virus itself is not new-swine flu caused a brief panic in 1976 when it appeared in a U.S. army base and sickened many of the soldiers stationed there. Ironically the biggest fallout from that incident of swine flu came from the vaccine that President Gerald Ford urged citizens to get: only one person died from the actual flu while twenty-five died and five-hundred took sick from the vaccine. To further complicate our understanding of where this virus came from, researchers are now saying that "swine" flu isn't even the correct description of what this current one is, since this virus is made up from a mix of porcine, avian and human flu strains. Swine flu, in it's purely "piggy" form, is actually found in pigs worldwide, literally in every country. The World Animal Health organization is recommending the virus be renamed to "North-American influenza" to reflect its presumed origins. It is being called "Influenza A, Novel H1N1 (formerly Swine Flu)" by CDC and WHO and most of the world nations' ministries of health now.
For this particular incarnation of swine flu to transfer to humans would have taken a fairly complicated series of events. A pig with swine flu would have had to come into contact with a human with "human" flu and then the two viruses would have had to hybridize in the pig. Eventually a new strain of flu would be created that could be caught by humans, and would perhaps be carried back to humans via flies.
For a more scientific or medical explanation to answer the question, see the related answer below about the cause of the 2009 "Swine Flu" H1N1 Virus.
What can you do for an ear infection?
immediately apply ice (or run under cold water) for 20min. Then apply an antiseptic cream (this will prevent the burn from infecting). A day or so later, apply a layer of either bio oil, combusten or melem to prevent it from scarring. Repeat this process and it will get better in no time :) REMBER: if the burn blisters i do not suggest purposely popping it. If your burn is large and severe refer to a doctor ASAP.
