In my personal opinion, I would say that a Ferrari tops the Lamborghini.

Well for me, it's definitely Lamborghini! I don't care about all the Ferrari popularity and racing history, it's highly overrated! Lamborghini has much better looking cars these days with fantastic high tech interior! I'm a Lamborghini fanatic/supporter! My favorite models are the Gallardo Superleggera, the LP560-4, the LP550-2, the Murcielago LP640, the LP670-4 Superveloce & the ultimate Reventon! Ferrari has too much front engine GT's and they don't look like a supercar for me, the Enzo is ugly! The only Ferrari I like is F430 Scuderia, but it's a strip down racer, so the interior isn't too comfortable. Even the most luxurious Ferrari doesn't make me feel classy. Lamborghini, produces supercars with stunning design, truly explosive/super performance and beautiful interior! Lamborghini is determined to be the best supercar manufacturer in the world. Ferraris are so ugly, especially the Enzo. If you want class and respect go with a Lamborghini.

Lamborghini is capable of making better performance road cars than Ferrari. The fastest Lamborghini (the lp700-4 aventador) has better performance figures than any road Ferrari.

Ferrari produces the fastest four wheeled automobile, because they race Formula One. Lamborghini isn't as big a company as Ferrari is, but their current cars could all rival the fastest road going cars that Ferrari produces. Lamborghini sticks to V10 and V12 engine cars, so they can all scrape over 200 mph, no problem. Ferrari can get a V8 to go nearly that fast, but they make slower cars like the 612 for grand touring luxury types. Also, there are many different ways to race them. Different drags and circuits could yield different results. Personally, I like Ferrari better.

This happens because these cars are bought by very rich people who have never driven a car that handles like these cars and has the power of either of these vehicles. They simply cannot handle that power, but they think they can. This is a combination that creates accidents.

The most authentic i have seen are made from a British car body, I forget the make but the replicas can be made from other chassis that match the measurements of the model you like. basically you chose a model you want to replicate, find a donor car for the chassis and then purchase the kit and assemble it.
