Yes he did cry after the 2000 Italian Grand Prix. He was asked a question about achieving Ayrton Senna's record and then he broke down crying. Most people think he cried because he came 1st at Iolma on the day Ayrton Senna crashed and died. It brought back bad memories of that race in 1994 to him. David Coulthard has a long Formula one career. He began his career for the Williams team in the year 1993 and was part of F1 racing as part of McLaren Mercedes and then finally Red Bull Racing till the year 2008 when he retired.
