How do I remove a clothing security tag?
you can remove the tag yourself at home without having to go back to the shop. my girlfriend has bought me a very nice ben sherman jacket for Christmas and has just realsied that the sales assistant has left the security tag on it. with no time to go back to the shop she has asked me to remove it. all you need is two items, an old towel or sheet, a small hack saw. take the towel and cover the garment and just leave the tag showing. this will help protect it from damage from the saw. now take the saw and just start removing as much of the plastic case as possible. see if you can saw down where the case is sealed as this will make life a lot easyer. as you remove the casing of the tag you will see a plastic center colom. this houses the pin and spring mechanism. the is also a separate piece inside the tag that contains an electro magnet. your aim as your sawing is to separate these two componets. this will deactivate the pin an it should all come free. worst case senario you will have to saw through the plastic colom and pin. be careful not to damage your garment while sawing. use small fast movements as the plastic will cut easy. good luck.

What does the number '6' stamped on a Korean ring mean?
Yes, if the cut of the two stones is the same. The whole purpose of the color alphabet is to identify the intensity of the color.
AnswerNot necessarily - while a higher color is usually more expensive, if the lower color grade diamond is cut to much better standards, then it can be more expensive but of lesser color.Cut is very important as it controls the brilliance. When a diamond cutter has to cut a piece of rough, they have to balance the final carat weight with how beautiful they want to make it. Example, compare the cost of a regular round brilliant versus a hearts and arrows cut round brilliant. The hearts and arrows will be noticeably more brilliant, but also more expensive.

Which stone is more valuable onyx or topaz?
Definitely topaz, onyx is much more abundant and is usually dyed (which is an accepted practice), if the topaz is natural, its worth much more. There are different types of topaz and colors as well. Some topaz can be very cheap like mystic or blue topaz which are both heavily treated and mass produced. But blue topaz can be natural too, in that case it would have some worth. The most valued topaz is natural imperial topaz. Sorry it may seem confusing why some topaz have more value and others do not; it all depends on whether it is natural or man-made/heavily treated--with the natural topaz having the most value and the man-made/heavily treated topaz very cheap. A lot of times you can tell the value of a gem by how well it is cut (but that's a whole other topic).
