How do you change the color of starshine in starshine legacy 1 using GIMP?
Do you have GIMP, PhotoShop or something like that? If you don't, go and download GIMP now. It's probably the best program for changing the look in StarShine. Then you can open GIMP, and choose to open a file. Then you go into the Data-map again and there will be a lot of pictures. Just click on one of them, and change it anyway you like.
Try saving the image as a .jpg to your hard drive.
THEN send your e-mail ... and send image as an attachment.
How do you reverse a scanned image?
In any of the four programs below:
1) Choose File>Open
2) Open the Image you want to have Inverted or Reversed
3) Depending on the program you use, use one of these -
A) in MS Paint (Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint)
Choose Image>Flip/Rotate
B) in many versions of Adobe Photoshop
Choose mage>Rotate Canvas>Flip Canvas Horizontal
C) in many versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements
Choose Image>Rotate>Flip Horizontal
D) in many versions of the free program GIMP (at GIMP.org)
Choose Tools>Transform>Flip
Is there a way to fix blurry pictures with GIMP?
Not if its bad,
but for mild cases try the unsharp filter
(under filters, under enhancement)
Can you make money off of the program GIMP?
The last answer wrote:
No you can not
The GIMP is under the GNU License so you can not
This is actually a wrong answer... The right answer is:
Is it legal to sell copies of GIMP?
Yes. The terms and conditions for copying, distribution and modification of GIMP are clearly listed in the GNU General Public License. Redistribution for free or for profit is specifically allowed, as long as the license is included and the source code is made available. See also Selling Free Software on the FSF site.
Besides the rights and conditions given by the GPL, it would also be nice (but not required) to mention in any advertising that the product being sold is GIMP (or a bundle including GIMP) or is derived from it.

Not being allowed to make money from a GNU GLP licence, is actually a misconception:
