You lay one string out then put the other string over the other so it forms a cross, then you pick up one end and put it over to the opposite string, then you take the one next to the string you just layed down and put that on the oppostie side, then you do like you usually would when you do the gimp and take the strings that aren't crossed and you put one over and under and the other string under and over. Then just pull on the ends and you have just started a gimp.

Simply save the picture in My Pictures as a PNG or JPG when you save your finished image. You can do this by typing in your image title when the save screen comes up and adding '.png' or '.jpg' to the end. Then go to facebook.com and upload the picture as you would normally. You can do that by clicking 'Photos' on the left side of the screen under your profile picture and then clicking 'upload photos'.

Every image shown in Google images has a different type of copyright. Your first job is to find the website it originates from, and see if the website is or shows where the image originally came from. Chances are, if the artist/ photographer has not directly stated that the image is free for use, then it is protected.

Ask yourself what the image is for. If it is just being worked on for fun and will never be posted or shown anywhere, then have fun! Don't worry about it.

If you will edit the image and then post it or display it either on or outside the web then it is common courtesy (and even required) to first ask the artist/photographer if you can use it. If your intentions are good, then most original uploaders will be quite accomodating. If you do not ask, you might be required to take it down later.

If you plan to use the edited image for commercial work, then you MUST and MUST MUST ask the owner of the image. They may have you pay an inexpensive fee for it. Make sure both parties are satisfied with the agreement. Put a signed agreement on paper if you feel it necessary.

There are two common misconceptions about google images,

First: "All google images are public property" In fact, google simply takes every image it can off the web, regardless of its source, and displays them in one place. All images are copywritten.

Second: "As long as you edit an image at least 7 times, or only take 25% of it, then it is yours." This is heavily debated, but if you can still see a piece of the original image in the work, then it can be said to still belong to the original artist.

Be careful and be nice, and you should be fine.

GIMP, a free image-editing program, can be downloaded at gimp.org. Just scroll about halfway down the page and click on the version of Windows or Mac that you have. The download should then start automatically. I recommend downloading it to your desktop so you can find it easily when you want to install it.

When using Adobe Photo shop for the first time, it is very hard to use and you would need a manual or someone to sit with you as you learn, each different version is totally different so for each different version you will have to relearn how to use Adobe Photo shop. It also costs a lot of money to get, with buying the program and the license that goes with it. Also, like most graphic programs it uses a lot of memory so more memory is needed, which would make the cost go up.

From iMovie's Window menu select Event Library. This will show a pane that includes iPhoto Videos. The videos will need to be in a format that iMovie recognises - MPEG4 or DV file formats, and some .mov formats. Try MPEG Streamclip to convert between formats (See links below). If you want to import still images click on the camera icon, on the right hand side of the iMovie window, which will show your iPhoto library. Any desired items can be dragged into your movie.

To do that, simply select the layer you want to duplicate in the layers window, and then click the little 'duplicate' button.

Sorry, I doubt there is any plug in or filter to accomplish that. Even in depth enhanced formats such as exr (Industrial Light and Magic), what you see is what you get. If you cannot see under the clothes, you do not get under the clothes.

Your only choice is to break out the brush, use the image as a guide, and draw your own, without the clothing.

Gimp for upholstery is made from rubber and plastic, this make the finished product shiny and easy to clean but also stretchy and nicer for the wearer.

Do not start looking for Gimp in stores. Gimp is completely free, and easily downloadable right in the related links. If you have a mac, you may have to search for it elsewhere.
