What is the highest loft a club can have?

A measurement, in degrees, of the angle at which the face of the club lies relative to a perfectly vertical face. Technically, iron loft and wood loft are measured slightly differently, but the effective result is the same. Loft gives you an idea of how far and how high the ball will go. Drivers are the least-lofted clubs (not counting putters), while wedges are the most-lofted. Driver lofts for most players run between 7.5 and 12.5 degrees. Clubs increase in loft through the set until reaching the lob wedge, which is usually lofted around 60 to 64 degrees.

2 bunkers over grown with grass one is marked ground under repair the other is not ball is hit into the bunker without the sign how is that played?

I am not sure I understand the question in regards to the grass. If the first one is marked ground under repair you are entitled to relief, of one club length. The other one must be played as it lies, if this means the ball is in the bunker, you must not ground the club whether there sand or not.

How many golf balls do you usually use in a golf game on average?

A professional golfer, maybe two per game at most.

For the amateur, perhaps up to a half dozen if one is prone to hitting into out of bounds and/or water hazards where retrieving the ball is impossible. or A professional golfer will use around 4-6 per round, this is because the covers of the balls are so soft and the grooves are so sharp that the cover gets cut very easy which is not desirable. But they will not necessarily lose many. An amateur could use anything from 1 to about 10, there is no set number, but there is a higher chance they will lose balls, as above.
