Answer: The "lie angle" of any clubhead is the angle between the center of the shaft and the sole. The lie angle of irons needs to be properly fit for each golfer for two major reasons. First, the lie angle is a factor that affects the accuracy of the shot. The lie angle is considered to be perfect for the golfer when the sole arrives at impact perfectly parallel to the ground. If the lie angle is incorrect for the golfer, such that the toe of the clubhead is tilted well up in relation to the heel, the face is automatically pointing to the hook side of the target line. Conversely, if the clubhead arrives at impact tilted with the heel well up compared to the toe, the face of the clubhead is pointing to the slice side of the target line. The greater the loft on the face of the clubhead, the more off-line the face will point when the lie angle is not correct for the golfer. Thus, the lie angle is much more important to be fit to the golfer in the irons than it is in the woods, since irons have a little to a lot more loft than do woods. Second, golfers come in all varieties of height and arm length. There is no possible way that all golfers can play their best with the one standard lie angle that is designed on all ironheads. Golfers who buy their clubs from a custom clubmaker will typically be fit for the proper lie angle on their irons as a normal part of the custom fitting session that custom clubmakers offer. Golfers who buy their clubs standard, off-the-rack, without being fit for lie angle are risking accuracy problems in the form of pulled or pushed shots even when they make a good swing

It is a tradition of the Masters Golf Tournament since 1949. The green coat is the official attire of the Augusta National Golf Club. When players win the Masters they become members of the exclusive club for a lifetime.

For a year after winning the Masters the champion keeps the jacket. After that they return it to the club where it stays until they return to play.

There is the first cut, and then the rough. The first cut is longer than the fairway, but shorter than the rough.

This is where someones handicap is less than 0. When you have your gross score you actually add your handicap on to calculate your nett score.

The most efficient way to practice is to work on your weaknesses, this may be wedge play, or long irons. There is no advantage gained from practicing your strengths. If you practice your putting and pitching as the short game is where you can notice a lot of shots being taken off your game.

For a steel shaft, a tubing cutter is the best way. You get a clean cut perpendicular to the axis. You'll need to have a hardened wheel that can handle the stainless steel. For high production volume shops a cutoff saw with an abrasive wheel is typical.

For graphite, a hacksaw with an abrasive blade works well.

If you want to know how much to cut off, you can get basic recommendations from whoever sold you the shaft.

Each hole and every course has its own predetermined par. Par is the standard number of strokes set for each hole or for the entire course. there are 4 par 3's, 10 par 4's and 4 par 5's

There are always 18 pars on an 18 hole golf course. Par is considered to be the score an expert should require to finish a particular hole. now, perhaps the above (4 par 3's, 10 par 4's and 4 par 5's) is true on a "standard" or regulation (par 72) course. But there are also courses that are par 69, 70, 71, 73 and so on. These will obviously not follow the standard breakdown. Then also consider "executive" courses, consisting of only par 3's and par 4's. These are often par 58 but again, these can vary as well.

There is the Driver, Irons from 1-9, Woods from 3-5, irons that have a letter on them= S (Sand Iron), P or W (Pitching Wedge), L (Loft), and two irons that are called 58 and 60. (The 58 and 60 stands for the degrees on the club. So now that I labeled all of them that means there is 18 types of golf clubs!

Basically, if you are right-handed, then the left hand is placed onto the club grip first, and it is to stop the club slipping that the left glove is worn. The right hand is then placed partially over the left hand with only the rignt index finger and thumb actually touching the grip. There would therefore be no point in wearing a glove on the right hand.

Two part epoxies are the best. You mix two components together and they harden in an hour or so. Glues, which rely on evaporation of a solvent, typically aren't strong enough.

I won't recommend any particular brand names, but you can find appropriate epoxies at your local hardware store. Get the kind they call high strength or something like that. Quick setting ("90 second") epoxies aren't strong enough.

as many as your feel it can handle. i personaly change my golf ball everytime but sometimes it can be used for many rounds. most of the time it gets scratches and drit which can effect the spin and compression though. so i would suggest your use one golf ball per round
