How do gorillas get rid of their waste?

Female gorillas are the usual instigators of mating. When a female comes into her monthly cycle she starts staring at the silverback, often with her lips tucked in and following him around. She may also touch him up, slap the ground, sit in his lap and masturbate in front of him to get him going as some male gorillas need a bit of a stimulation to get them in the mating mood! Males can also start the routine by posturing, flexing their muscular bodies, chestbeating, stancing and generally showing off in front of the female which can be very beautiful and awesome to see, but it is usually the female that starts the ritual. Gorillas have been seen mating face to face like humans, but the more usual posture is the male mounts the female from the rear. This goes on for a few days each month until she gets pregnant. Gorillas also mate during pregnancy but once the young one is born there is usually a break in mating activity for a few years.

Can gorillas walk on two legs?

They technically can, however they typically don't as they find it much easier to walk on both their legs and their hands at the same time. If you tied a banana to a stick and waved it above them from a height they might walk on two legs for a while but that would generally be a bad idea as a gorilla can kill a man quite easily and probably will do as such to acquire food and stop you from annoying it further.

What adaptations do mountain gorillas have?

Behavior

A silverback is an adult male gorilla, typically more than 12 years of age and named for the distinctive patch of silver hair on his back. A silverback gorilla has large canines that come with maturity. Black backs are sexually mature males of up to 11 years of age.

Silverbacks are the strong, dominant troop leaders. Each typically leads a troop of 5 to 30 gorillas and is the center of the troop's attention, making all the decisions, mediating conflicts, determining the movements of the group, leading the others to feeding sites and taking responsibility for the safety and well-being of the troop.

Males will slowly begin to leave their original troop when they are about 11 years old, traveling alone or with a group of other males for 2-5 years before being able to attract females to form a new group and start breeding. While infant gorillas normally stay with their mother for 3-4 years, silverbacks will care for weaned young orphans, though never to the extent of carrying the little gorillas.

If challenged by a younger or even by an outsider male, a silverback will scream, beat his chest, break branches, bare his teeth, then charge forward. Sometimes a younger male in the group can take over leadership from an old male. If the leader is killed by disease, accident, fighting or poachers, the group will split up, as the animals disperse to look for a new protective male. Very occasionally, a group might be taken over in its entirety by another male. There is a strong risk that the new male may kill the infants of the dead silverback.

Why males more aggressive than females?

I am a male but I'll have to be honest. The answer to this question is that this is the difference of hormones which makes men/males so angry and aggressive.

And also i want to say that the females have more maturity than males because the puberty in women/females starts earlier than males, and as you know puberty is a step to maturity and responsibilities.

Is the cell membrane permeable in animal cells?

I assume you mean semi-permerable membrane that is permeable to the solution (water) but not the solute (salt). Osmosis can only occur if the membrane does NOT allow salt to pass through. Osmosis is the movement of water across a semi-permeable membrane from an area of low salt concentration to higher salt concentration.

Do lice reproduce sexually?

Do lice mate?

Yes all living organisms need a male and female to reproduce (mate) although in ancient times it was believed that they were born from dirt since they were to small to see the mating. This is referenced in the Jewish Babylonian Talmud in the tractate discussing the laws of the Sabbath when killing anything for any reason (other than life or death i.e an alligator attacking you on Saturday) would normally be forbidden it is permitted to kill lice since at the time they thought they do not procreate rather are spontaneously born from dirt and dust.

lice need to mate because if they don't they wont have nits and here is a tip use a prescription from the docter even though it stinks its better to buy that oh and lice hate hair spray

Ok, first, the above is not completely correct on several accounts...

Nits and lice are NOT the same thing.

No, not ALL living organisms need to have a mate (ie, snails, worms, etc.) Yes, ADULT lice DO, in fact, mate. The female louse then lays eggs close to the scalp.

However, the usual solution to get rid of bugs is to make yourself clean, clean, clean. This is NOT the right thing to do. Lice actually live better in a clean environment, as it's easier to move throughout clean hair than it is dirty. I don't mean go weeks without showering. While some prescriptions work, I haven't found one that works for everybody, and most people I know are allergic to at least two out of three. I would suggest using Lavender oil, shampoo & conditioner. No, really. The lavender oils not only coat them making them unable to breathe, but they actually dislike the smell. For you guys who can't stand the thought of smelling "girly", I would suggest tea tree oil. Also, if you happen to be allergic to both oils, try mayonnaise. Put a medium coating throughout your hair, put a plastic grocery bag over it, and let it set for 2-3 hours. Just make sure there aren't any air bubbles they could escape into. The mayonnaise will also act like a conditioner and make your hair super shiny and soft. Good luck!

Do salamanders have internal or external fertilization?

Frogs use external fertilization.

both mates will excrete mucus out of their bodies... the mucus contains their sex cells... therefore, the male and female mucus will mix up and causes fertilization.

External, the female lays eggs onto small braches, leaves or rocks in a pond/ river or close to a water source, the male then fertilizes them (externally), in most cases as the female is laying the eggs
