I believe what you are referring to is the garage where you deliver the cars you steal from the guy who sends you text messages with pictures of the cars. After you steal all the cars the guy wants, you can deliver any car you have stolen that will fit in this garage, and he will pay you for it.

Personally, I like the carbine rifle and night eagle . I guess sniper and rocket launcher is the best damage-wise, but on short range they are useless.

you cant get a lambogini on gta but you can get a infurnus very very similar you will be able to get it about half way through to gay freind bernies misions but i would recommended keeping it out the front of your apartmemnt every time you drive it as ive only seen one more in single player and you have to drop it off at a garage never to be seen again hop this helps

Make sure you use a rocket launcher to clear everyone outside of the old casino. any remaining goons, kill them with guns. When you go inside the old casino, make sure you're aware of the goon on your left side, and luckily, you don't have many to kill. After clearing out the casino, then make your way through the door further back on your left side. This triggers a cutscene, where Dimitri kills Pegorino. When the cutscene ends, chase Dimitri through the roof by going up the left hand side steps and through the blue roof door. Make sure you take cover by the door though, more of Dimitri's goons are on the roof, so kill them before you go off looking for Dimitri. Take as long as you like. A cutscene starts when you follow Dimitri further up the rooftops, where Niko manages to grab hold of Dimitri's helicopter, but after, Niko falls into the water below. But next to the jetty, there's a speed boat, so get into the speed boat and carry on chasing Dimitri. Make sure you dodge the rockets being fired by the goon in the helicopter, and be fast, as Little Jacob comes in another helicopter and tells Niko to get the boat under the helicopter so Niko can get into Little Jacob's helicopter. Keep chasing Dimitri, and use the miniguns on the helicopter to shoot Dimitri, and after doing this for a while, he'll crash at Happiness Island. Chase Dimitri, killing the cops if they get in your way, and Dimitri will stop at the Statue Of Happiness. Wait for the final cutscene where Niko gets his revenge.
