What is the difference between line graphs and bar graphs?
one is a line and the other one are bars
^^^that is a silly answer.
^^^^that is a funny answer!
the real answer is that line graphs are better at demonstrating something when both of your quantities or units involved are NUMBERS while graphs work better when one is words. for example, a bar graph would be good for "how much money you make per week" because the week side would be words however, "how much money you make per HOUR" would be good as a line graph because hours are also numbers. Hope that helps!
A line bar shows the different amounts between things. A circle graph shows the percentages of things.
Basically you get a y axis and an x axis (horisontal and vertical) and you put your information about what the graph is showing up either of the lines.
For example, if you were doing a graph on how much pf the amazon rainforest we are losing each year, then you would write the amount we are losing up the y axis (going up) and the number of days it takes to lose the amount on the x axis.
Then (it is easier to do this on lined paper) you get a ruler and join up the point where the information is correct. Say, (if you were doing the amazon rainforest idea) 200km on the y axis and 1 day on the x axis - mark it with an x.
Carry on doing this for all of the numbers.
Finally, get your ruler and join up all the x's in the middle.

What is a histogram and how is it used?
From my understanding, a histogram is a form of graphical interpretation of data. This simply means a picture to reflect data. For example, if you have data like, 20 students in your class smokes while another 30 doesn't smoke, you can represent this into a histogram. ( a simple picture to depict the data ). In Statistics or Quantitative Methods, there are other forms of graphical interpretation of data like Pie Chart, Bar Chart or even Scatter Plots. Hope this helps. (cheong@bgymail.gd.cn) * Try this . I found a source with accurate information and gives you what you are really looking for, plus a way to drive your projects with a mentor.
What is a cumulative frequency histogram?
-Construct a frequency table
-Draw a horizontal axis and mark off the intervals.Label the horizontal axis.If the first interval does not start at 0, use a "break" symbol on the axis.

Bar graph on economy of South Africa?
The South African economy is the best in Africa. It's got world class infrastructure and a higher GDP rate compared to most regions in Africa. However, the country suffers from many economic structural problems mainly due to it's past like "Apartheid". Due to this many have been locked out from receiving a proper education which is what's causing the country to lag behind with high unemployment levels currently siting at around 23%, although many highly skilled vacancies remain unfilled in the country. Inequality is also a major concern. Many regions in South Africa are fully developed but not too far from those regions, you'll find people living in shanty towns below the poverty line. South Africa managed to weather the financial crisis of 2008 very well, but with Europe being it's major export destination, the recent Eurozone crisis has prevented South Africa's annual growth rate from exceeding 3% or growing to pre-crisis levels of around 7% needed to put a dent in unemployment. South Africa also suffers from corruption within it's government along with having first-world labor regulations which also makes the country less attractive to foreign direct investors or manufacturing.
