well im not entierly sure but i know that when female hamsters have not been mated they go through a period in their life when their prvates swell and many othher side affects may be included, commonly very moody during this time.

You should take your hamster to see a vet, particularly if she seems in pain. It is probably nothing and she has probably just bumped it on something, but it could be more serious. For now, just try and be careful not to touch it
