Ok first of all, you should have a pretty good relationship with Mirabelle. Give her pet food for 5 days straight and you will get a horse. Then chickens you need to purchase a coop. Cows and sheep you need to buy a barn. To get a dog, you need 5000 animal degree points (basically just partake in festivals, feed animals, pet them, take care of them). For a cat, you have to spend $30,000 at Mirabelles shop. For a piggy ship at least 100 mushrooms from Mushroom island. Then monkeys, sparrows and badgers... ect you will need animal island for.
