you can make a dam, collect rainwater, use desalination, build a well, use surface evaporation, tap a spring or you melt ice. there are other ways that i have not listed

Each marriage candidate has four Heart Events. You must get all four in order to marry him/her.

There are many other events in the game, but you do not need to get those.

1. First, make sure the root blocking the way into Ganache Mine District has been cut. It can be cut by talking to Gill, then talking to Dale the carpenter. One of the carpenters' apprentices will then cut the root.

2. Go back to Gill again. You will receive the left side of the quilt from Gill. Or you can wiat until the flea market on the 22 of spring and the mayor will give it to you then.

3. Then talk to Dale the carpenter(go behind the counter). He will tell you his dissapointment with having the root cut and then tell you about how the island hasn't been the same since the Mother Tree died, including the broken clock tower, which he finds suspicious.

4. Go talk to the mayor and agree to fix the clocktower. He will give you the key to the clocktower.

5. Go to the clock tower with the key in hand, press A, and that's it. You've found the right side of the quilt.

You can't harvest food but you can harvest crops...depending on what Vesta"s shop sells.To plant a crop buy seeds, but it can"t be on a winter season

» Exavation site

» 11:00 pm to 12:00 am Walk into the excavation site and no one will be inside. You will overhear Flora talking outside. She thinks there's someone in the site and by golly she's going to confront him! Flora bursts into the site, ready to attack, so make sure you "watch for a bit" to see what she is going to do. She warns you to be careful because there is a suspicious, shadowy person around somewhere. Flora then realizes that you're the person that she's talking about. She apologizes for talking bad about you but it was dark and she couldn't see very well. Flora asks why you've come to the site so tell her you'll "walk her home". She'll be glad that you're there to take her home. You'll walk her back to the tent.

PURPLE

» Inner Inn, lobby

»1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, not Tuesday Walk into the Inn to find Ruby and Flora talking back and forth. Flora keeps asking Ruby what happened to the item she liked. Ruby doesn't sell it anymore. That's when you walk in. Flora wants you to hear what this store has done! Flora says she use to come here for her favorite Ancient Herb drink and suddenly it's not here anymore. Flora asks what you think. Ask her if perhaps she can get it from a different store and Ruby remembers that she heard it was for sale over at the Blue Bar. Now Flora is is mad and drags you out to the bar.

At the Bar Griffin confirms that what she is looking for is at their place and not at the Inn. Muffy gives Flora her drink and she gulps it down. Oh hey, maybe you would like drink too? Flora gives you a glass of her favorite drink and it's not exactly to your liking. You turn red-faced and start acting incredibly drunk! Griffin asks that Flora take you back home. When you finally come to Flora is trying to figure out what happened. Other people have had the same drink and have not been affected the same way you were. She apologizes for the situation and since you're feeling better she's going to go home. At least she know now what store sells her favorite drink.

» 11:20 pm to 12:00 am, not Sunday, sunny day As you walk towards the excavation site, you'll find Flora and Carter talking in front of their tent. Flora had found something earlier and she hands it over to Carter, who exclaims that it's a great find! Flora's fossil appears to be some sort of treasure map. Flora wants to go search for the treasure now, but Carter has some business he must attend to. Luckly for them you arrive and Carter asks if you would search with Flora. Tell them you will search and the two of you go out into the night while Carter leaves for his errand.

The two of you end up at what appears to be a dead end. Flora asks that you dig at this spot anyway and the ground begins to shake. Back at your house, Flora says that what you two found was actually a hot spring. It's not a treasure, but she'll ask Gotz to build a shed for it

YELLOW

» 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, not Tuesday, sunny day Flora is walking around talking to herself inside of the dig site. She is thinking about you and mumbles about not understanding how to associate with boys. That "other" person is a little dull for her tastes. Every time she thinks of you she blushes. She then turns around to find you standing at the entranceway! Flora response defensively and asks what you are doing. Tell her you just showed up (as though you are innocent of hearing her conversation) and she'll apologize for yelling at you.

Q: How do I get the Fishing Pole?

A: Catch and/or breed 50 or more fish for your pond. Once you've met this

criteria, make sure you have a spare slot in your rucksack, and exit your

house. Greg the fisherman will be admiring your fish pond, and give you

the Fishing Pole as your reward for being so dedicated. Be sure you talk

to him during this event, as he will never return to offer you the Fishing

Pole again.

Information: Greg is the fisher.

Where to find him:

The only place he ever hangs out is the beach.

From Friday - Sunday about 7:30 PM - 10 he is at the very end of the

jetty fishing.

On the weekends you can see him in the morning fishing too sometimes

until about 11 AM.

Likes receiving: Fish (of course) although he doesn't like the little

fish because you can't cook anything with them.

Hates receiving: Rubbish, and ore.

His match: No one.

Events:

* When you first talk to Greg he will ask you if you like fishing. If

you say, "yes" he will give you a fishing rod.

* Once you have at least 50 fish in your pond Greg comes over and says,

"whoa that's a lot of fish" and give you the fishing pole which is a

better version of the fishing pole. Your chances of catching fish

increases.

NOTE: getting 50 fish isn't that hard if you know this: When you catch

fish put them in the pond and make sure you feed them every day.

When you feed them it makes sure the fish don't die and your fish

multiply. Also the beach is not the best place to fish. Fishing by

the mini river on the bridge gives you such a better chance of

catching fish. Just before winter take out the fish in the pond and

put them in the fridge. In winter the pond is frozen over so put the

fish in the fridge instead of the pond. Then when winter is over put

the fish from the fridge into the pond and they will still be alive

(strangely enough.)
