MY VERSIONFear is a dangerous thing, and for the most part people fear the homeless. I am going to list a few reasons and why they may or may not be valid:- Homeless are violent thief's. Most are unfortunate people that wouldn't hurt a fly, Unfortunately there are just enough that are mentally disturbed, or drug abusers that can't control themselves to make this a concern.

- Diseased. Possibly but no different than the people you meet every day
- Pan handlers. Yes many do do this to try to make enough to live.
The one big trouble I see with all of this is that we as a people have cut funding for mental care and welfare for these people who can't take care of themselves. Then we conduct campaigns to insure they can not Panhandle or do other things so they can live at all.
