Tracking. The wheels may need to be re-aligned. 'Tracking' can be done at a garage. They will re-align the wheels so that they are precisely in the correct position for proper steering.

It may be that your steering as also at fault. But get your tracking checked first.

If all you did was have the tires rotated and it pulls now it is probably what they call a radial pull, this is when the steel belts in your tire shift and cause oe tire to grip the road differently causing a pull to one side or the other. Have the garage swap the front tires side to side and if this is the case it will pull the other way i that case you need two new tires if the vehicle is 2wd or 4 if it is 4wd and the rears have more than 4/32" tread wear. It is most likely not an alignment issue.

according to "wikipedia", the J35A3 is the 3.5L SOHC VTEC V6 found in the 2005-2008 Acura RL, 2007-2008 Acura TL Type-S, and the 1st Generation Acura MDX. vs the J35A4 is the 3.5L SOHC VTEC V6 found in the 2002-2004 Honda Odyssey Minivan.

It could be the EGR valve or one or more of the 4 O2 sensors. An IBD II code scanner should return codes which explain the problem.

Google Google Google....my VTM light just came on this morning. Through Google I've found that more than likely the VTM-4 fluid needs changing and the ERG valve needs replacing....I'm going to the Honda dealer with this info and am going to work with them to see what they can do otherwise....not a good issue to have (especially when I don't have money to throw at them!)

Also read all about some transmission recalls and tranny issues everyone is having causing near accidents! If I had known I wouldn't have bought my Pilot.

I own a 04 Pilot with 4wd and towing package and I get in the upper teens around town and I have gotten in the low 20s on the highway if I go slower, which I usually don't. I took it on a road trip to ND and at a steady speed of 80mph, I got 19.9mpg. Not bad for something that weighs 5700 lbs.

Pretty much its go to Honda and have them do it. No after market parts available for this piece of junk (I have a 2004, worst car I have ever owned). the blade itself is part # 1783260 (350 mm) retailing at $16.45. The curved plastic part at the drive end is removable to reveal a nut which holds the arm in place, the arm and wiper (part # 849263) retails for $37.77.

The only way I have figured out what the codes mean, is to call Honda service dept and ask the tech. to tell me what the car is in need of. I know 1 means either tire rotation or oil filter/change.

Very common problem on the 2003 Honda Pilot. The tumblers go bad and it will cost around $400 for a dealer to replace. Honda should have a recall on this.
