My encounter with Westin Dhaka, Bangladesh is one full of mystery. The MD of Westin Dhaka, MrsNurali treats it as her living room!! She works out at the gym and while she is using the treadmill the air-con stays on and when she steps down and takes a full on massage on the gym premises she forces the gym attendant to switch the air-conditioning unit off. In such incidences I, an ardent gymoholic find myself short of oxygen and air circulation and seldom have to leave the health club unfortunately. As I tried to raise this issue to the authorities enquiring about the rules regarding this unique owner-based attitude(quiet un-professional really!) they expelled me from the gym and refused to let me access the health club further!! I have been utterly surprised by this attitude and poor management strength from this particular Starwood hotel!! It is a shame .. a shame for Mr. Noor Ali and his pompous-arse old hag of a wife!!
