Generally , we tend to look into the matters of our loved ones, and try to sort it down if there's a problem which they are facing, and quite uncomfortable with it.

If a person is interfering into the matters of someone not very beloved then it may just come out of some curiosity , and can even become the matter of gossip for them.

So, one must really try to avoid such kinda people who really repel such people who are looking for entertainment rather than ones who can lend their helping hands.

I know how tempting and unstopable it is to not bite your nails.............

here are steps to help you stop:

1. You know you don't want ugly nails, biting your nails can also result to the tip of your finger to start becomiing twisted, but it will go if you stop.

2. there are many products you can buy in boots or in pharmacies, they are clear nailpolishs (so don't worry boys, lol) that taste really bitter and disgusting so you get a taste of the grossness every time you bite your nails, this will automaticly make your brain think, " do not bite nails.....bad taste...".

3. biting your nails is a result to human stress or anxiety, it is also very unattractive, it shows insecurity, so you need to have a reason to stop, this really helps, it does, you aslo need to take your mind of "that thaought of nibbiling", and slowly but suerly the niumber of times you bite your nails will reduce and reduce and reduce untill it is not a thought for you any more.

4. I f it is in possible to stop you can try only biting nails on 1 of your hands and leave the other hands nails to grow, then you will realise how much better it looks and you can compare the differerence.

5. i know your probably going , " But what products do i buy, tell me, i need to know?!" but the truth is biting your nails is a mind game its only YOU that can make a difference to your nails you can try looking at number 2. that i wrote about and ask a pharmasisit.

6. you could try pinching yourself every time you start nibiling....

I used to bite my nails, for about 7 years ( i know thats alot)...

First you will need an imaginative mind. Then you must concentrate very hard. Now, decide what species your friend shall be. A fish, a human, a goblin, a made up creature, it can be anything. Now, what will the gender be? What type of people do they like? What is their name, their personality? Give them flaws, and add as many details as possible. So many details, until you know if they wear Hanes of Fruit of The Loom. Now, you can play with this friend, talk to them, create more, etc. If they misbehave, do NOT get rid of them, you might not be able to get them back. Try to make up with them, and if they start scaring you, and you feel you can't change them, now is the time to get rid of them. They can be as ridiculous or as serious as you like.
