never heard of it. It's a cough med that has hydrcodone rather than codeine. You have to check the concentration due to the fact that it is also given to children in a lower concentration .5 mg per teaspoon would mean that one teaspoon would equal one 5-500 vicodin

I have the same exact question! Hydrocodone (in the small doses I had to take it) did not make me feel "high" however, for the first time ever, I didn't have the horrible everyday anxiety I always do, hence, I was able to enjoy my day when I took it. I know this is a highly addictive drug, and I do not have an addictive personality what-so-ever, but I am wondering the same thing. Is there an anti-anxiety drug out there that couldpossibly have the same effects without the addictive nature? I would love an answer to this question, as I have searched for something to rid me of this nasty hateful anxiety I carry. I am no fun to be around because of it, but now that I know how I feel without it, I know I should not feel this way.

No, vicodin is a narcotic pain reliever. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It has no recreational potential, if that's what your after. All it is is aleve.

ultram is a different kind of pain medication then percocet. You can not equal the amount but you sure could cause a nice bleeding ulcer trying

I am not certain but I think what you are refering to is actually salicylic acid, a derivative of aspirin. Salicylic acid is used topically to reduce blemishes, I would not use hydrocodone for this purpose.

really would like to know this! I'm prescribed norco but thinking to try out tramadols for a while to help with the wen process. Can some one let me know the ratio for these two pills. Like how many tramadols should I take to equal the effect of 1 norco? Thanks!

having experience being prescribed both of those drugs, I would have to say hydrocodone is roughly 1/4 to 1/3 as powerful as oxycodone 10/325's.

so, 5 or 6 of the regular 5/500 hydrocodones would be roughly equal in strength as 2-3 oxycodone (percocet) 10/325's.

There are drugs out there that help with anxiety. Talk to your dr about alprazolam. I have been taking that drug for years on anxiety. I am not sure what is linked to your anxiety but, it also could be helpful to talk with a counslor.

Well, alprazolam is an awful thing to take because it is basicaly the same thing as drinking a six pack of your favorite beer, this is because both alcohol & alprazolam bind to GABA receptors. I believe opioids are a safe alternatione if not the best to keep anxiety at bay. I personaly have been using it for over 2 years and have not had any problems. I only take 10mgs of oxycodone or hydrocodone. Two years ago I started out with 5mgs. Just don't tell your doctor because he will not like what you are doing.

That's impossible, especially because it's a narcotic. Pharmacists do not refill narcotics before the prescription refill date Wrong.....most pharmacies will allow a refill when at least 75% of the original prescription has been used according to the dosage instructions. For instance, if you filled the original script on the 1st, the earliest you could refill it would be the 24th. Most insurance companies follow this guideline as well.
