They would both show up as Opiates. and if they wanted they could inspect to find out what opiates, and im sure they would. So yes...
Xanax would not show up as an opiate, it is a totally different class of drug. Xanax is a benzodiazepine and therefore would NOT be confused with Vicodin on a drug test.
Can you mix Lortab and Vicodin?
