Not very well. You may be able to after heating it to a high tewmperature, but all the attempts I have seen result in a loud POP, and the carbon fiber separating rendering the stick useless. My recommendation is to buy the curve you like. There are so many different curves made now, you shouldn't ever have to try to recurve a stick again. That method was used on old style wood and fiberglass sticks.

Yes and No, Goalies in the NHL do NOT have to wear one As the "NHL Rules" only said that "Goaltenders are highly suggested to wear a sort of protective helmet" which means they don't have to if they don't want to. But if they come into the game with one they must wear it during the game but if they show up without one no one can stop him from playing because of it. But players do.

no they suck i bought some costum ones and they fit weird and the fabric is to tight and theres like plastic behind it so rebounds shoot out everywhere the worst pads i`ve ever botten and i got new ones after 3 weeks
