The coordinated actions of these organs enable humans to produce a wide range of sounds for communication.

The four speech mechanisms are respiration, phonation, resonance, and articulation. Respiration involves breathing for speech production, phonation refers to the production of sound in the larynx, resonance involves the modification of sound in the oral and nasal cavities, and articulation is the process of shaping sounds in the oral cavity using the articulators.

If by speech marks you mean qoutation marks (i.e. ""), then no, you do not need them, as the speech bubble implies it.

When giving a speech to kindergarteners, keep it short, engaging, and interactive. Use simple language, visuals, and props to keep their attention. Make it fun and interactive by asking questions, including songs, and using storytelling techniques. Be enthusiastic and upbeat to keep the children engaged and make sure to maintain eye contact and use a clear voice.

One weakness of speech act theory is that it can be overly simplified and may not capture the complexities of communication in all contexts. they both aim to persuade and influence the audience's opinion or behavior on a particular topic. They use strong arguments, emotional appeals, and persuasive language to make their points effectively. Both forms of writing use rhetorical devices to make their case compelling and memorable.

It depends on the delivery and content of the speech. A discursive speech can be interesting if it is engaging, well-structured, and presents thought-provoking ideas. On the other hand, it can be boring if it is overly long, lacks focus, or fails to connect with the audience.

I would like to raise a toast to all the new faces in here. New faces that we don't know till now but would wish to know. The same new faces that once belonged to us an year ago. The same new faces that, over ashort period of time, will no more be, 'NEW' faces. But faces they are now to us, and yes 'new' faces.

Well, I speak on behalf of all the second year students here. Just a few lines of how we all feel at this juncture. Here I go.

Newness or novelty has been intriguing and fascinating to man since the Neanderthal times. Novelty for us is excitement and exuberance, surprise and science, cheerfulness and joy, hope and happiness, boldness and buoyancy, positive ness and passion. But men as we all are, novelty to us also means risk, unfamiliarity, uncertainty, fear, doubt and disturbance.

In the same token, the old and the established stands for 'the familiar and comfortable', 'knowledgeable and therefore able', 'mature and therefore trustworthy','rugged and therefore reliable.' But all this goes with accusations of 'stagnation and staleness','out-of-date and outmoded ness' and 'the slow and the stumped'.

What I wish to express using all the 'adjectives'that I used is that these new faces in here, our juniors for the coming year, represent to us the same hope and challenge as new players in a cricket team or new twists in a good story. And we, as seniors,should ideally be the matured bunch, a bunch of guys and gals they could trust and depend upon.

Together, we can make a terrific team. You, a brand new Ferrari and we, the sparking black, Ford Model T.

So, I, on behalf of all the 'old' faces here, welcome the new faces with open hands, open minds and above all, OPEN HEARTS.

The purpose of Lucy's speech is to persuade her classmates that building a website is fun. She will use persuasive language and arguments to influence their opinion and make them see the activity in a positive light.

Prevention is better than cure, means that performing a little maintenance is better than having to fix something.

This can be in the context of something tangible, such as a car, where doing a little maintenance on it every month is better/ cheaper than having to fix it when something breaks.

It can also be in the context of something intangible, like a relationship, where addressing an issue or a problem with someone is better than letting it get out of hand to the point where the friendship is ruined.

The question is perhaps a bit ambiguous. If it means, "Why do people speak?" the answer is that learning to speak a language is one of the defining characteristics of human beings. All people learn to do it naturally at a very young age. Sometimes people who are raised by animals do not speak, but then they behave like animals in every other way also.

If it means "Why do people have to give speeches?" the answer is that this is the easiest way to get your point across to a lot of people at the same time. If I need to explain why the mayor's plan is wrong to a lot of people it is quicker to call a meeting and speak to them all than to talk to each one individually.

If it means "Why do we have remedial speech classes?", someone taking that class can answer: "As you can see, some people can't talk very clearly, so they go to speech to learn to talk clearer. Speech could be at school, an office, or a place next to Publix."

Speech which isn't spoken the way it should be - for example by merging words together like 'whatsit too ya'.

"Welcome parents, teachers, and students to our kindergarten graduation ceremony. Today, we celebrate the hard work and achievements of our young learners as they embark on the next chapter of their education journey. Let's cheer for our graduates and show them how proud we are of their accomplishments."

"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to our kindergarten graduation ceremony. Today, we are honored to have a special guest speaker who will inspire and motivate our young graduates as they take their first steps into the world of learning and discovery. Please join me in giving a warm welcome to [Speaker's Name]!"

Ideally, you should include important people who will be there and acknowledge guests.

Good Evening, Principle Smith, teachers, parents and guests,

I welcome you to ...... (event) etc

Or: My name is... and I am here to speak to you today about....

*Make sure you tell them who you are.

Every speech begins with a greeting to the group being addressed. Next, offer congratulatory words to the graduates for a job well done. Acknowledge their hard work and perseverance. Then, encourage them to continue doing well as they venture off in the unknown world of middle school. Finally, remind the graduates of their potential to succeed. Close the speech with a word of confidence in their abilities, thank them for their time and congratulate them one more time for a job well done.
