Oh yea, lets see.... Ticks can go pretty deep in the skin. They can get in your hair and go pretty deep into your scalp, but not so deep to where you can't get it out. Good enough? That's about all I know. I'm not an expert. Haha. :)

Answer 2:First. Remove all fruit from the area or just stick it in the fridge. Take a banana peel and a gallon jug. Place the peel in the jug and most of the flies will join it, usually over night. For the ones in flight, I hit with a solution of dish soap and water in a spray bottle about 25% soap and 75% water. This makes their wings stick to their bodies and they fall to the ground.

Cover your fruit with a cloth or cover. It probably wont stop them coming but you can just spray them with bug spray.
