I have had an ipod touch since the first inception, it is most definitely a brick. Definitely adore the new generations, and their extreme portability.

The battery is a lithium ion battery which means it will down if used while charging. If you want to increase the power to about 6 hours or more you will need to power drain it. You must charge it completely and then let it run completely down WITHOUT USING IT so leave on your counter and let the power run down and you'll have about 3 more hours on it.

20,000? Only if all your songs are at a really low bit-rate.

I've an 80gb iPod, and because my tunes are at 192kbps or above (quite a few at 256 or even 320) I can get roughly 8,000 on it.

To delete your songs, you have to swipe across them with your finger to delete them. If you have turned on 'Wirelessly connect to iTunes', turn it off and then delete the songs you want. If you want them to stop reappearing when connecting to iTunes with the USB connector, go onto iTunes on your computer and click on the music category near the top on the left hand side and double click on the album that you want to delete the songs from and uncheck them (there should be boxes near the song titles that you can untick.) And Voila! They should not reappear on your iPod unless you retick them. If you do retick them, they will reappear!

Yes you can. If you have a 3g 32gb or 64gb itouch it has a mic in it. If you download a program called fringe it allows you to make calls although it doesn't always work, you have to be in wifi coverage to use it and it shows up as no caller id on the person phone that you are calling.

Your being very broard here. What app is is? Have you sined in? Is the app downloading? Do other ones download? Does it give you any errer codes? If so google it. Worst case jailbreak it and get installous.
