Yes, when you get it, first thing you HAVE to do is connect it to iTunes. And you have to use iTunes for syncing music, videos, movies etc.

I dont think you can because when you got it should have already had app store.

If you have duplicate music or two of more of the same title, then you have to delete them off your computer. That doesn't include artists featured in music or music in a different language. Just delete music with the same title.
