to delete a picture off your iPod...

[1] go to the application labeled "Photos"

[2] Click on the photo you widh to delete

[3] Click the trashcan in the bottom right corner

To get songs from your old iPod onto a new iPod:

Open "My computer" then "File E:" (make sure your iPod is plugged in). Click "Tools" then, "Folder options", then "View", and click on "Show hidden files and folders". Click on "Ipod_control", then "Music", and you should find your scrambled songs, given strange names such as WNKF in folders named "F" with a number beside it (ex. F01). Select the folders and cut (or copy) and paste them into your documents or desktop. From there, you can import them into iTunes and you will find they will still have their original names, album artwork, artists, etc. once you import them there. Put the songs onto your iPod as you normally would and enjoy!
