Well first of all, the ipod nano 5th generation has a video camera!!! It is so cool and you can make all these really awesome affects. It also has a glossier finish and a bigger screen. The ipod nano 4th generation has a 2 in. screen when the ipod 5th generation has a 2.2 in. screen.
