I don't understand some of what the other suggestions are saying but,

Here is what I did:

With your mis-ordered or locked playlist in view, at the top of you iTunes to the right it should say: " View...Add to..."

Click the "Add to" button, your "album" grid should open with your playlist to the far right column, at the top of your playlist it should have your list title, amount of songs and the" amount of time" underneath

and directly underneath that, before your number 1 listed song it will say " Sort by: name, title, album, artist etc...choose "MANUAL" this will allow you to alter any of the songs or reorder them the way YOU want! then just click "DONE" and the windows will revert back to the playlist and ready to play!

I think that the new upgrades to the iTune players make changes like these and dont really offer easy quick explanations as to what they have changed about it, I hope this answers your quest!

If you go on another computer and do the same thing in your house that's connected to the same network you should see the same ip address. If you go out side and connect to a different network then the ip will be different. usually websites with downloading are traced but im not shure about just viewing it...

It depends on where the song is coming from and what format it is currently in. If it is off of a CD, then you just insert it and open iTunes. If it comes from a website like Wal-Mart, Amazon, etc, then it should automatically add to your iTunes library. Some songs require that you convert it to a different file. I have provided a link to a free (almost anyway) downloadable converter which should help. Once you have put your songs into your iTunes library, then you click on your iPod and click on the music tab. You can select which ones you want to sync and which ones you do not.
