no, its my turn to say sorry to delete the answer. its too confusing. no offense, now first, you have to put your finger on one of your things. put your finger there and it will begin to shake. drag that thing to another one. then it will create a folder. when u want it to stop shaking, press the button below, (the only button on the front of the iPod) then it will stop. to change the name of a folder, make your things shake again, click on the folder, then u will be able to change the name of it. I hope it helped.

Try this, it worked for me...no downloads or rebooting..quick fix.
Ever get the message, "iTunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video playback may not operate properly."?
Here's one possible fix.
- Go to start -> run. If your keyboard has a 'windows key', which looks like the windows icon and is often located next to ctrl/alt, you can get away with pressing (and holding) this key, and tapping the 'r' key. I use this shortcut almost every day. On that note, windows-key+e I use even more- try it.
- type 'services.msc', without the single quotes. This opens a list of the various services running on your computer.
- Make sure iTunes is closed.
- Locate "Windows Audio," and see if it's running. If it is, the status will show 'Started'.
- No? Well guess what, iTunes needs this to be running in order to communicate with your audio device. Start it. There's a link to start it along the leftmost column. Once it's started, find a blank area within the services window, right click and hit refresh. Or just tap F5. Has the service died? If not, skip to step 7.
- The service died, didn't it? Look for a 'Windows Management Instrumentation' service. This needs to be running for Windows Audio to be running, even though it's not listed in the dependancies. Fire it up, then fire up Windows Audio.
- Fire up iTunes, and enjoy.
For Video problems: Open QuickTime Player and go to 'Edit' -> 'Preferences' -> 'QuickTime Preferences' -> 'File Types' -- check here to see if the file format of your problem video files is selected.
For Audio problems: Open QuickTime Player and go to 'Edit' -> 'Preferences' -> 'QuickTime Preferences' -> 'Audio' -- Here you will see a Device is needed that will play your sound. Select 'Audio Playback and Recording Devices'. I have Realtek AC'97 as my device. I had to reinstall it to fix my problem. If you are having an Audio problem it may be due to having no device or an improper device.

Not sure how to add another post/answer here so I am tagging onto the bottom. I had the same error message and uninstalled and reinstalled every driver, itunes, quicktime, you name it. Worked on it off and on for 3 days. The answer for me... the speakers had come unplugged from the back of the Computer. MAKE SURE YOUR SPEAKERS ARE ACTUALLY PLUGGED INTO THE BACK OF THE COMPUTER
