Who's at fault when a car crashes into you at the point where the onramp finishes merging into the highway?

This depends upon where you were struck exactly. Did they hit you on the rear end, side, or front? Damages tell alot about an accident and the fault determination. If you were rear-ended on the ramp then the other party is generally 100% at fault, unless you were negligent and stopped very suddenly instead of continuing with the flow of traffic. This should be discussed with police and your insurer in this case. I may be reading the question wrong, but...

Did James Dean ever meet Marilyn Monroe?

Briefly- as in meetings with director Nicholas Ray in final film editing/viewings, but no attraction. Marilyn was several years older than Dean and probably viewed and judged him as adolescent and imature(she preferred older men). She was also probally intidimated by his daredevil motorcycle riding around Hollywood. There's a brief account of this in Shelley Winter's 2nd autobiography("Shelley II")- she was Marilyn's roomate for a short time in the early '50's. ...

What is the value of James Dean Stamps originally worth 32 cents?

This is a common US commemorative stamp. If you want to buy just one it will probably cost you from 15 to 70 cents at a stamp store. If you want to order it by mail, you would have to pay postage and handling in addition. Dealers get them as part of larger lots for almost nothing per stamp- say 65% face if mint and 1/2 cent if used. It is the kind of stamp I use on letters if unused or...
