In job interviews the employer is typically looking for someone they can relate to and work easily with. Saying you are sensitive, though it is not necessarily a bad characteristic, might make you appear to be difficult to work with.

What are some examples constructive criticism?
A constructive critique (or constructive criticism) is when you judge someones work but point out various things that you notice, both the good and the bad, to help them improve. Let's say you're reading someones short story, for example.
Don't say: "I hate it, this story sucks."
Instead, say: "You know, I'm really not that fond of this story. The main character shows no emotion at all even when his friend dies, which makes him seem really disingenuous. The villain was great though, he had a lot of depth to him and you did a good job of explaining the back story of how he became such a bad person. In terms of grammar, using the word "I" to start every other sentence makes them seem block like and amateurish. Keep working on it and you'll improve."

There are many possible questions that can be asked at a job interview. Lots of employers like to ask "Why do you want to work for this company?"
The best thing to do is to do a little research on the company beforehand so you have some knowledge about your possible employer, and so you can find out what you respect about them or what interests you. Another question frequently asked is "Why do you think you'd be a good candidate to fill this position?" So it's also helpful to know what skills you need for the position you are applying for, and which of those skills you have that you can apply while your on the job. Employers also like to find out what your good qualities and traits are. Try to mention things that will benefit you at a work place, such as being able to work with people, being able to communicate well, and having good customer service skills (if you are applying for a job that requires this). Not only do employers like to know your good traits, but they also like to know your weaknesses. If they ask you this, you definitely do not want to say that you don't have any. We all know that everyone has weaknesses, and being able to recognize what they are and admit that you have them is what employers like to see, because only then can you change them. Answers for this questions will of course vary from person to person, but just be honest when answering, and also mention ways which you are trying to strengthen your areas of weakness. And more then anything, just be yourself!

What Questions do you ask an interviewer in an interview?
Could you let me known what exactly is my job profile?
Who will be my supervisor?
When is my first performance review?
Ask him about company or else ask a feedback from him about ur interview
Usually you will be given the opportunity to ask questions at the end of your interview. You should at least have a few prepared questions or, if you are not sure of any information given during the job interview, now is the time to ask. If you do not ask any questions the interviewer can think you are not as enthusiastic as other candidates who asked 3 or more questions.
Asking questions show that you are interested in the position.
Some questions to ask are"
* What would my typical day be like?
* What goals would you like me to set and accomplish in this position?
* What are the skills that you consider important for this job?
By asking questions of the interviewer you get the opportunity to show that you are aware of the current industry situation. However, never ask more questions than you were asked.
When you ask questions you will start forming a relationship with your employer. It will also increase your interactivity and make you look interested in the company and in the job you're applying for.
If the interviewer has not touched on the subject of the salary or hourly wage you can expect, you can subtly ask at this time.
For example:
What is the going remuneration for the job? or What did you have in mind as a salary when you advertised the position? Just be careful and go with the flow. You don't want to ruin a good interview by asking a pointed question such as 'What are you going to pay me?'
It might seem to the interviewer that you are more interested in the dollar than in giving 100% to the job.
