Pollution can hurt the environment because things such as plastic can take thousands of years to deteriorate, just think, every plastic thing you throw out will outlive you, your children, your grandchildren, their grandchildren . . . Also the making of some things cause green house gasses, which therefore cause global warming. This is likely to melt Antarctica one day, causing millions to have to leave their homes, because they will be underwater, this may cause crowding, and other problems. Also, global warming can cause imbalances that make more natural problems, like hurricanes, tornados and other such things.

You can plant trees. You can clean junk and liter out of a forest and on the road-anywhere. You can set up an appointment or mail a letter to the mayor or factory owner if you want to try to stop the industry from sending oil and polluting a lake or river or freshwater resource. You can also try to persuade people cutting down trees to repopulate them. When you knock down a tree, basically plant a seed to create another one in its place. That gives us more oxygen and will help us breath better.

People are affected because we are in the polluted environment, so we have to breathe the polluted air, and suffer the consequences of the polluted rivers, oceans, lands and even atmosphere, where carbon dioxide is warming up the globe.

the major cause of land polutions are for example ve have some natural minarals like cured oils .when these oil are been refined it helps todamage the land ,there by we say that land polution has occure. secndely the enginers like all these mecanics that repairs car all those west materials which are been drop outside the work shop affects the land and it makes the land to be polluted.

Plastic bags can be bad for the environment for many reasons, which include:

* they are not biodegradable, Instead, they break up into smaller pieces of plastic until eventually becoming plastics dusts.

* people may lose them causing them to blow around (litter)

* they are dangerous to small children

* animals that ingest them may become sick and / or die

* making them contribute to the global emissions.

* can end up at sea through garbage dumps at seaside

* Plastic degradation at sea takes between 45-1000 years.

* they are RECYCLABLE but people need to take them and reuse them or donate them to thrift stores to be reused versus throwing them away

It pollutes the air. Actually a landfill is nothing less than a very huge pit of garbage, which in turn provides home to flies and mosquitoes and other disease causing bacteria. As long as it is not filled and covered with soil it is bound to generate many types of diseases.

Trash pollution is bad because animals will eat it and they can get sick, suffocate, and many other things. Plus, it makes our cities unsanitary and they look disgusting!

Harmful change makes using things harder and is always unnecessary and unwanted. Harmful change changes something which isn't broken, making it worse than it was before.Sometimes it's hard to see beforehand which change will become useful or harmful, so the only choice is to test it, to make the change. People are usually very change-resistant, and that is because everything new creates suspicion before it's accepted. No matter if the change is good or bad, it takes time for people to get used to it. Only time will show if some changes were useful or harmful. Although it's generally recommendable to make change once in a while, because stucking in the past is not improving, but if everything works very well, the change may not be needed.

One of the main solutions to pollution is to find alternative processes that produce less pollution. Another solution is to make certain that the use of scrubbers and alternative transportation are being used.
