Please understand the above is a joke, based on your calling Lee Harvey Oswald, "Harvey Lee Oswald". He is pretending there were two Oswalds running around (I am pretty sure Oswald's mother and brother Robert would have noticed another Oswald!). There is evidence of LHO taking a bus and a taxi, IIRC, but nothing about station wagons, or any proof that Ruby or Wallace did any such thing, or were in a position to. And when Oswald was exhumed, there was only one body found, of course.

Alternate theories

The Kennedy assassination is one of the most debated events of the 20th century. There are many alternate theories as to the exact circumstances of the assassination.

Some hold that Oswald was not the real shooter, in which case he did not use any rifle.

There is also some controversy as to which exact Carcano rifle was used since there is a 36" and a 40" version and Oswald may have owned both.

Another alternate theory is that the actual rifle found in the book repository was a Mauser, but the Carcano was substituted to frame Oswald.

The conspiracy theorists claim Oswald was just a pasty while evil men behind the scene pulled his strings. Oswald had nothing personal against Kennedy, chances are good Oswald could not even have said why he shot Kennedy.

Oswald was never found guilty because he was murdered before he was brought to trial. There was substantial evidence against him, but one never knows what a good lawyer can do with a jury.
