Don't know what time frame you need, but they were in Indianapolis in the 40's and made small refrigerated Coca Cola vending machines. (Jacobs J-26, J-35, J-144, etc)

I looked in the 1947 Indianapolis Polk City Directory and found a listing for the F.L. Jacobs Company. The company was located at 1100 W. 21st Street. It lists William S. Lyhne as the General Manager. According to the listing, the company specialized in the manufacturing of Launderall washing machines, and other home appliances, and also Coca Cola vending machines. Sometime around 1950 they moved up to Traverse City, Michigan. Don't know what happened to them after that.
