A mobbing skill is a skill that is AOE (area of effect) which means attacks more than 1 monster at a time. Example: Healing on undead monsters, Shining Ray, Explosion, Fog, most warrior attacking skills and a few bowman skills. To "mob" monsters means to draw close a huge amount of monsters to follow you to a certain spot so you can kill them all in one go or another party member to attack for you.
