The slide on the left of the card if it is down that means it is locked if it is up it is unlock.
I had the same problem with my camera except when I checked the card, the slide on the left wasn't locked. I tried searching for other solutions but nothing helped...so I blew into the SD slot..and I stuck a knife in it...and now my camera works like there was never a problem...so I think you need to go with the old Nintendo method. it should...

YOU ARE NOT OUT OF MEMORY BUT IF YOUR COMPUTER IS USING OVER 640 MB OF RAM FOR EACH PAGE FILE YOU WILL HAVE A VIRTUAL MEMORY PROBLEM.

7. See your virtual memory? Is your paging file size bigger than 640MB? If it is, change it to 640MB.
8. Restart computer
note- this may take a couple days to a week for your system to restore but once it does, you will never see out of memory at line: 1, 2, 14,56, etc. etc. again :-)
