10 months ago I had a medical abortion, I was 7 weeks and 4 days along. The last 3 months I have had no period at all but have had all the PMS signs, cramps, emotional but no period. I am not pregnant, I have checked. I do suffer with depression and refuse to take anything for it as I hate pills.

Symptoms I am experiencing: Lower back pains, pain in the pelvic area, intercourse is painful to the point that I actually have to stop my partner, hungry but get full after like two bites of food but I am putting on weight suddenly and then lose it without doing anything different and I crave a lot of sweet stuff, I am always tired and just don't want to do anything because I am tired and I am very grumpy, I just want to be left alone most of the time (The grumpiness is possibly from the fact that I am depressed and nobody leaves me alone.)

Have a history of Cancer in the female side of the family.

Could the abortion have caused a problem? Could I have inherited the Cancer gene? Or could this be from the depression which wouldn't make sense because I have suffered for just over 2 years with the depression. I am not stressed either that I know of.
